The Verdict: The Realme X50 pro is the best phone under Rs 40,000.

Comparative advantage:better processor, better cameras, better front cameras, incredibly fast supervooc charging, bigger battery.
Comparative disadvantage:higher price, realme ui is not as good as oxygen os.

Also, as it has been noticed in the market, besides the overall best phone, people generally tend to request for either the best Samsung phone, or the best phone with a Stock Android UI. We have included these special categories as well:
(these are not phones we recommend, nor are the best in this segment)

The best Samsung phone: Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite
-price: Rs 40,000 (varies)
(comparison with Realme X50 pro:)
Comparative advantage: Cleaner UI (One UI 2.0, Android 10), bigger 4500 mAh battery (but slightly slower charging at 45W), hybrid sd card slot present.
Comparative disadvantage: slightly weaker processor (Snapdragon 855), Lower screen refresh rate at 60Hz, slower ufs 2.1 storage, cameras are descent(not as good), slower charging (45W)
(also check the Galaxy Note 10 Lite, at around Rs 38,000; similar to the S10 lite, with a little weaker processor, weaker cameras, and a slower charging(25W), but contains a headphone jack, and also has the S-Pen)

The best phone with Stock Android: Pixel 3a XL
(compared to Realme X50 pro)
Comparative advantage:lower price(Rs. 34,999), stock android is better than realme ui, better rear camera, better front camera, headphone jack present.
Comparative Disadvantage: weaker processor(Snapdragon 670), lower refresh rate, less memory (4+64 only), slower ufs 2.1 storage, single rear camera is better but less versatile, smaller battery, slower 18W charging, rear mounted fingerprint scanner.
(Note: The OnePlus 7T also comes with Oxygen OS, which is very close to stock android, and is a better phone than the pixel 3a XL)

Realme... A formidable player?

All of us know that Realme has been making some amazing smartphones at some really affordable prices. Their phones have really been the buzz around town, and this growth has boomed quite recently. Here we take a look at this company, and why Realme might be the next big brand to watch out for. A sub-brand of Oppo, Realme started off by launching its first phone, the Realme 1, as recently as May 2018. Instantly it became a rage, and the sales numbers of the company even in its recent years were incredible. The company was started as a rival to the vastly popular and the budget king - Xiaomi. The idea was simple, to offer everything that Xiaomi did, and more at a price point which was just as affordable. The phone was instantly a success. They managed to provide a particularly great camera experience, far better than the ones offered by the rival companies in this segment. This appealed to the young crowd, the main target of this budget category, and the company saw great profits by

Motorola One Fusion Plus ... They are back!

In the past, Motorola had been manufacturing some amazing smartphones in the budget and mid range market, in the range of Rs 15,000 -17,000. After the G6 though, things took a turn downwards for the company. The phones they made were not nearly as good as they used to, and the competition was offering much better options. They launched some flagship smartphones like the Moto Razr and the Moto Edge Plus. But they were not huge success stories for the company too. However, the new Moto One Fusion Plus seems to check all the boxes. Coming in at Rs.17,000, the phone is available at a very good price and might be just the thing the company has been looking for to be back in the budget game. Here is an overview of the phone and our thoughts on it. Display : The Motorola One Fusion Plus comes with a 6.5 inch IPS LCD FHD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate. The best part about this display is that it is a full view, notch-less design. They are able to achieve this by a pop up front camera, whic
